Price comparison
The pricing plans of all popular systems are structured in such a way that you will inevitably face one of two issues: either you will need more projects or more collaborators in your projects. And as soon as you exceed the limits of the free plan, you will suddenly find yourself paying a lot for something that was recently completely free. I am against this approach.
Unlike the number of projects or collaborators, the storage space used on the server grows much more slowly and is not as critical.
Below is a price comparison of the most popular Kanban services for often use cases.
Use case #1
3 collaborators. 5 boards/projects. Up to 55 cards are added daily, 20000 cards annual. 1000 of them includes an attachment of 0.25MB (~250 Mb of data growing annually).

* Pricing plans that limit the number of users or boards are a bad practice because once you hit the limit, you can’t simply purchase additional resources — you have to upgrade the entire team to a higher plan. This way, you effortlessly go from a completely free plan to paying $500+ per year.
That's why we using pay-per-usage model. Below, you can see how, with a slight increase in the number of projects and team members, Trello transforms from a free and convenient tool into a service that costs almost $500 per year.
Use case #2
8 collaborators. 12 boards/projects. Up to 90 cards are added daily, 33000 cards annual. 2000 of them includes an attachment of 0.25MB (~550 Mb of data growing annually).
